The Military Engineer Leadership Fund is an endowed fund founded by Lt. Col. Robert Wolff, Ph.D., USA (Ret.), F.ASCE, F.SAME that supports military engineers aged 35 or younger and ASCE Members in good standing. This fund assists military engineers with expenses for their participation in ASCE activities for leadership development and professional growth. Your contribution fosters collaboration between military and civilian engineers, creating opportunities to share best practices, advance engineering knowledge, and strengthen the professional growth of all participants.

The Fund supports Younger Member Military Engineers in attending the Younger Member Leadership Summit (YMLS). This three-day event offers unique opportunities to network with Civil Engineers from across the country while sharpening your professional leadership and technical skills.
