The ASCE Foundation offers the Briaud Students Fund, open to domestic and international ASCE students. This award assists students with expenses for participating in ASCE activities, including conferences and conventions. Formerly known as the Student Activities Reimbursement (StAR) Fund, the award is administered by the Committee on Student Members and the Student and Younger Member Programs Department. They review applications and make recommendations for final approval. All applications are considered, with emphasis on relevance to ASCE and active participation.
