Support The Briaud Student Activities Award

The ASCE Foundation offers the Briaud Students Fund, open to domestic and international ASCE students. This award assists students with expenses for participating in ASCE activities, including conferences and conventions. Your support can help students gain experience, expand their knowledge, and become future leaders.

Formerly known as the Student Activities Reimbursement (StAR) Fund, the award is administered by the Committee on Student Members and the Student and Younger Member Programs Department. They review applications and make recommendations for final approval. All applications are considered, with emphasis on relevance to ASCE and active participation. To learn more about applying for this opportunity, visit the application page.

The Briaud Student Activities Award is largely supported by the Jean-Louis and Janet Briaud Endowed Fund for Student Activities (Briaud Students Fund). By contributing to this impactful program, you can help students gain valuable experience, expand their knowledge, and become future leaders of the Society and the profession.
